South African brand Nando’s brought attention to this complex when it first opened in September 2024. A few months later, French brand PAUL came with its Parisian charm, golden croissants and delicate patisserie. Adding to this international mix is Chili’s, which has turned into a comfort post-work stop for nachos, burgers and Tex-Mex classics.
Meanwhile, Indian brands like KOKO, One8 Commune and Van Lavino have carved out their own space in the space.
