1. Game Changer (January 10) – Theatres
Headlined by Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, Game Changer is the story of an honest IAS officer who battles a corrupt political system to fulfil his father’s dream of a corruption-free country.
2. Fateh (January 10) – Theatres
Sonu Sood is all set to make his directorial debut with his upcoming film, Fateh. He plays the role of an ex-special ops officer with a dark past. When a village girl becomes a victim of a dangerous cybercrime syndicate, he teams up with Jacqueliene Fernandez’s character, Khushi, to expose a nationwide web of deceit. Fateh also features Vijay Raaz, and Naseeruddin Shah in pivotal roles.
3. Nosferatu (January 10) – Theatres
Nosferatu is a classic Gothic tale about a powerful, elderly vampire named Count Orlok (Skarsgård), and his reign of terror. Directed by Robert Eggers, Nosferatu features a star-studded cast including Lily-Rose Depp, Nicholas Hoult, Bill Skarsgård, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Willem Dafoe.
4. Den of Thieves 2: Pantera (January 10) – Theatres
Gerard Butler reprises his role as Sheriff Nicholas O’Brien in Den of Thieves 2: Pantera. The film is a sequel to the 2018 action thriller Den of Thieves.
5. Shark Tank India Season 4 (January 6) – Sony Liv
Entrepreneurs pitch their ideas for new products and businesses to angel investors, also known as “sharks.” After evaluating the products and business concepts presented by the contestants, the sharks decide whether or not to invest in their mentoring and marketing.
6. Dubai Bling Season 3 (January 8) – Netflix
This season of Dubai Bling promises more breathtaking drama, opulent lifestyles, and fierce rivalries with a new cast that includes Jwana Karim, Ebraheem Al Samadi, Zeina Khoury, and Loujain Adada. As the wealthiest people in the city navigate the spotlight, expect parties, power struggles, and a great deal of personal chaos in the mix.
7. Asura (January 9) – Netflix
Asura is a modern-day adaptation of the beloved Japanese family drama, Like Asura. Set in 1979, the story revolves around four sisters whose lives are completely disrupted upon discovering their father’s extramarital affair. A complex web of deep emotional tensions and moving moments of bonding unfolds, as each sister reacts differently to this revelation.
8. The Sabarmati Report (January 10) – Zee5
A journalist, played by Vikrant Massey, investigates the 2002 Godhra train burning incident in Gujarat. His covert report is uncovered by another reporter years later. As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover how media executives collude with politicians to conceal the truth. After its theatrical run, the film will now be released on Zee5.
9. Goosebumps: The Vanishing (January 10) – Disney+ Hotstar
Goosebumps: The Vanishing features David Schwimmer, Ana Ortiz and Sam McCarthy in key roles. It is the second season of the 2023 web series Goosebumps. The story follows a divorced botany professor and his two kids, Devin and Cece, who uncover a threat in their neighbourhood.
10. Black Warrant (January 10) – Netflix
Based on the 2019 nonfiction book Black Warrant: Confessions of a Tihar Jailer, the web series explores the lives of notorious criminals who were imprisoned at Tihar Jail before being put to death.
