Bigg Boss 20 Episode 43 witnessed a mix of drama, confrontations and emotional moments inside the house. The episode saw Aman Gandhi’s elimination, leaving his fellow contestants emotional, particularly Arishfa Khan, who shared a close bond with him. Meanwhile, Salman Khan addressed the housemates and introduced tasks that tested their opinions and relationships. Arishfa found herself at the centre of attention during the brain task, as several contestants shared their views about her. With disagreements escalating and tensions rising, the episode delivered several dramatic moments that further impacted the contestants’ equations and the dynamics inside the Bigg Boss house.

The episode began with Salman Khan addressing the audience and discussing how the contestants had been analysing each other inside the Bigg Boss 20 house. He later greeted the housemates and asked Kanika Mann to wear her microphone, as she had not put it on. Salman then spoke to Gullu about the argument involving his mother, Kanika and his daughter-in-law, Love. He commented on the disagreements and pointed out that a lot had happened inside the house over the past week.

During Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar episode on October 18, Salman asked Mahhi Vij to imitate her fellow contestants. Mahi entertained the housemates by mimicking Uditi Singh, Kanika Mann, Love Gill, Amrapali Dubey and Manish. Her performances brought humour to the episode.

Salman introduced the Bigg Boss X-Ray task, which required the contestants to identify housemates they believed lacked a spine. The task prompted several accusations and explanations. Arishfa Khan called out Qazi Touqeer, while Aman Gandhi named Asif Khan. Uditi Singh chose Aman, and Qazi called out Yung DSA, claiming that Yung never confronted anyone alone during arguments.

Mahhi and Kanika also named Aman, while Amrapali chose Gullu. Luv called out Asif, and Scout accused Qazi of failing to stand up for others. Yung and Asif also named Qazi, while Mary Kom selected Aman. Manish said that Qazi stood up for himself but needed to support other contestants as well.

Salman announced the names of the contestants who were safe from elimination and revealed that Mary Kom, Aman Gandhi and Uditi Singh were in the bottom three. Believing that his journey was about to end, Aman said goodbye to his fellow housemates. Salman then brought Aman, Uditi and Mary Kom onto the stage and announced Aman's elimination.
