The much-awaited period drama Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal, is set to release this February. The film, based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, will hit theatres on February 14, 2025. The makers recently shared a new poster of the film. 

The caption read, “On 16th January 1681, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s Rajyabhishek ceremony marked the beginning of a legendary legacy! 344 years later, we bring his story of unshaken courage and glory to life. #ChhaavaTrailer out on 22nd January! The film’s trailer will be released on January 22, 2025. Vicky Kaushal stars as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in this historical drama, which also features Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles. 

Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Maddock Films, Chhaava is being touted as a stirring tale of the courageous warrior whose coronation in 1681 marked the start of a legendary reign.
