The Ghaziabad Police however claimed the car, with ‘Police’ written, was a private vehicle and belonged to the Power Corporation Vigilance. The lift-off was successful, but the mission ended with Ariane 6 coasting into orbit without releasing the final payload. A ‘comprehensive plan to desilt drains’ in Delhi has become the focus of a bitter spat between the ruling Aam Aadmi Party and Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, the centre’s rep in the national capital.
