US chip maker Intel said Thursday it will slash more than 15 percent of its workforce as it streamlines operations. The Bombay High Court has quashed a case lodged against a 73-year-old man for allegedly sexually abusing a woman since 1987, noting that the relationship was consensual. A division bench of Justices A S Gadkari and Neela Gokhale on Wednesday said the contents of the FIR “clearly indicate a consensual relationship”. Filing its first chargesheet in the NEET-UG paper leak case on Thursday, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has named 13 people, including four candidates, a junior engineer and two kingpins.
