Hyderabad: An EV charging station in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills was damaged after miscreants fled with charging guns on June 7. The incident came to light following an investigation by the Telangana Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TGREDCO). The investigation reveled that the charging guns went offline on June 6 at the charging station near KBR Park. Hyderabad: The Telangana government has decided to transfer post-matric scholarships directly to the bank accounts of eligible students from the 2026-27 academic year. Both the Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) and Maintenance Fee (MTF) schemes will be covered under initiative. Under the existing arrangement, scholarship amounts are transferred to educational institutions. The new mechanism will instead send the funds directly to students. Hyderabad: As many as seven people were booked by the Banjara Hills police on Tuesday, June 9, for allegedly threatening a Hyderabad based builder. The builder Anjaneyulu, filed a complaint with the police stating that the accused Amberpet Shankar and his associates had threatened to kill his family if he refused to pay money for the settlement of a dispute. Hyderabad: A gang of three people was arrested in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Tuesday, June 9, for possessing 250 grams of ganja.
