Hyderabad: Elections to rural local bodies in Telangana will be held in five phases in October-November, the State Election Commission announced on Monday. Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituencies (ZPTCs), Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies (MPTCs) and Gram Panchayats will go to polls.
