A shooter killed two revellers and injured a dozen others at a Texas park concert yesterday during an annual celebration to mark the end of slavery in the US. Indian national Nikhil Gupta, who is accused of being involved in murder-for-hire plot against a Sikh separatist, has been extradited from Czech Republic, media reports said Sunday. Gupta, 52, was arrested in the Czech Republic last year at the request of the US government on charges of being involved in a plot to assassinate Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.
