The devastating wildfires in California continue to ravage the state, leaving thousands displaced and many homes in ruins. Priyanka Chopra, who lives in Los Angeles with her family, expressed her deep sorrow and offered support to those affected by the disaster. 

Priyanka voiced her concerns and praised the heroic efforts of firefighters and first responders. In an emotional post, she wrote, “My heart is heavy for LA. While I’m deeply grateful for my family’s safety, so many of our friends, colleagues, and fellow Angelenos have lost so much.”

She added, “These fires have displaced countless families and devastated entire communities, leaving an overwhelming need for rebuilding and support. To the firefighters, first responders, and volunteers risking everything – you are true heroes.”

Priyanka also encouraged her followers to contribute to relief efforts. “Over the past week, I’ve come across countless GoFundMe pages and organizations working tirelessly to provide relief.”

On January 9, Priyanka Chopra also expressed her gratitude to the “brave” first responders working tirelessly to help those affected by the wildfires.

She shared a post on Instagram Stories showing the first responders battling the fire, which has ravaged thousands of acres of land. 

Priyanka wrote, “A huge shoutout to the incredibly brave first responders. Thank you for working tirelessly overnight and continuing to help families affected. @lasdhq @losangelesfiredepartment @lapdhq.”

Priyanka had earlier posted a video showing the wildfire engulfing parts of Los Angeles.

A massive wildfire broke out in Los Angeles on January 7, forcing over 30,000 residents to evacuate. In response to the crisis, California Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency in Los Angeles.

The fires have caused widespread destruction in and around Los Angeles, impacting thousands of families, including several Hollywood celebrities. Stars such as Anna Faris, Eugene Levy, Mandy Moore, Paris Hilton, Adam Brody and Leighton Meester have experienced personal losses. 

Adam and Leighton’s $6.5 million Malibu home was completely destroyed, while other celebrities like Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks, Adam Sandler and Steven Spielberg were forced to evacuate.
