Vigilance Inspects Katheresala Rice Mill for CMR Violations

Adilabad: Vigilance authorities of the Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation on Friday inspected a rice mill at Katheresala village in Chennur mandal of Mancherial district on Friday.

There have been complaints against the mill that it has not supplied CMR (custom milled rice) as per the agreement to the Civil Supplies Corporation.

In this regard, officials verified the stocks of paddy in the rice mill against the custom milled rice it has supplied to the corporation. It is said the figures do not match and there is a wide gap in the paddy supplied and CMR returned to the Civil Supplies Corporation.
