IND vs WI 5th T20I Called Off Due to Rain in Bengaluru After Fierce Indian Blitz

BENGALURU: The fifth and final T20I between India and the West Indies at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium ended in a 'No Result' after persistent rain forced the match to be abandoned with India positioned at 118 for 5 in just 7.4 overs. Despite the truncated action, the crowd witnessed explosive hitting, spearheaded by a blistering cameo from Naman Dhir, who smashed an unbeaten 24 off just 6 balls featuring three sixes and a boundary. The West Indies bowlers picked up quick wickets, with Shamar Springer and Keemo Paul claiming two scalps each before inclement weather permanently halted play.
