However, through the caption, it was evident that the actress and former Bigg Boss contestant was promoting a jewellery brand. Now, days later, Ayesha clarified her relationship status. On Sunday, she was spotted outside a restaurant by the Mumbai paparazzi. When asked about the engagement, she laughed and set the record straight. As of now, Ayesha's relationship status is single.
